摘要
用Si,Mo和Nb作为起始原料通过预烧结、氮化反应和N2气氛下的热压烧结制备出Si3N4/MoSi2/NbN复合材料,借助扫描电镜和X射线衍射等分析手段对各阶段样品的相组成和显微组织进行了表征,结果表明:在预烧结阶段获得了NbN,MoSi2和未反应的Si相;随着温度的提高,氮化反应生成了α-Si3N4和少量β-Si3N4;最后经热压烧结制备了Si3N4/MoSi2/NbN复合材料。
The ceramic composites of NbN/MoSi2/ SiaN4 were prepared using Nb, Mo and Si powders by a three-step sinter procedure, i.e. pre-sintering, nitridation reaction and post-hot-press under N2 atmosphere. The microstructure and phase compositions of the samples of every step were characterized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer.The resuhs indicated that the materials obtained from pre-sintering step was composed of NbN, MoSi2 and un-reacted Si phase. Nitridation reaction at elevated temperature promoted the formation of α-SiaN4 and small fraction of β-SiaN4. The final step of post hotpress process led to the formation of ceramic composites with compositions of β-Si3N4, MoSiEand NbN.
