摘要
介绍了微波介质陶瓷的应用及其性能要求,按照应用频域的不同,对微波介质陶瓷的材料体系进行分类讨论,将其划分为低频端、中频端以及高频端等三大类,指明了微波介质陶瓷低温烧结的发展方向,详尽叙述了低温烧结的Ca(Li1/3Nb2/3)O3-δ陶瓷的研究进展.
The application and performance requirements of microwave dielectric ceramics are described. They are induced to three classes which are low frequency, middle frequency and high frequency according as the different frequency domain. The future development trends of low temperature sintering microwave dielectric ceramics are indicated. The progresses of Ca( Li1/3Nb2/3 )O3-δ based ceramics are discussed in detail.
