摘要
研究了 Si3N4/Mo Si2 复合陶瓷材料的特殊制备工艺及其显微结构的变化。用 XRD、SEM、EDXS及气孔率测试仪 。
The special procedure and microstructural developmentof Si3N4 /Mo Si2 composites were studied. The microstructural development of each step during preparing processing of the composite was characterized by XRD,SEM and EDXS as well as porosimeter.
