摘要
从清洁生产发展历史、农业面源污染防治过程,分析了乡村清洁工程提出的历史背景;根据我国农村环境现状,指出了我国新农村建设的现实需求,从概念、内涵和应用三个方面,总结了乡村清洁工程理论,并结合社会主义新农村建设目标,提出了乡村清洁工程的战略思路和发展建议。
The historic background of advance of cleaning production in countryside was analyzed based on the development history of cleaning production and the prevention and cure of agricultural non-point pollution. Practical demand in the new countryside construction was indicated according to the present state of country environment. The theoretics of cleaning engineering in countryside was summed up from conception, connotation and application aspects. The strategic concept and development suggestions for cleaning engineering in countryside were put forward combining the objective of construction of socialist new countryside.
