摘要
贵州农村面临着环境保护、经济发展和农民脱贫致富问题,环境与经济发展、环境与贫困问题互相交织,互为因果。贵州多年来积极探索综合农村环境保护、脱贫致富、经济发展的路子,取得了一些可行的经验,这就是:在发展中减少贫困,在发展中保护环境;农村环境保护与反贫困结合的模式可以有多种选择。
Rural Guizhou faces issues of environmental protection, economic development and poverty elimination. The environment on the one hand and economic development and poverty on the other are intertwined and cause and effect of each other. Over the years, Guizhou has been actively exploring a way to combine environmental protection, poverty alleviation and economic development in the countryside. Some feasible experience has been accumulated： poverty should be alleviated and the environment protected through development, and there are multiple options for combining rural environmental protection and poverty reduction.
