摘要 对欧李不同外植体对分化率的影响及不同生很方法的生根效果进行了研究。结果表明,田间自然长出的带叶茎尖净增殖系数显著高于温室促萌茎尖的净增殖系数.其比值为4:1.2,生根生长素(IBA+NAA)的最适总浓度为1~1.2mg/L,生长素短时间处理生报效果最佳,移栽湿度保持相对饱和,移栽成活率85%。 Researches were focused on effect of different explants on differentiation and various root-inducing methods on rooting efficient. Results shows that field-grown shoot tip with leaves produced significantly greater propagation coefficient than greenhouse forced one with the ratio of 4 to 1. 2 in initial culture. The most optimum auxin concentration of (IBA+NAA) fell between 1. 0~ 1. 2mg/l. Brief dip of twenty- four hours of shoots in auxin obtained the best rooting result. Survival rate reached 85 percent through keeping 90 percent relative humidity.
