摘要
目的 了解脑卒中患者家属健康教育需求。方法 采用自行设计的调查表对 5 1例脑卒中患者家属的健康知识和健康教育需求进行调查。结果 94 .1%的患者家属知道疾病的诊断 ,6 0 .8%的家属清楚该病的临床症状 ,说明对疾病有一定的认识 ,但缺乏基本护理知识和技巧 ,90 .2 %的家属希望与医护人员直接交谈和学习健康教育知识 ,90 .2 %的家属希望护士教授常用的基本护理技能。结论 医护人员应重视脑卒中患者家属的健康教育需求 ,有针对性地进行宣教和指导 ,帮助家属掌握护理要点 ,提高护理水平 ,增强信心 。
Objective To explore the family members’ needs to health education in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Method The self -designed questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge on disease and the needs to health education in 51 family members of cerebral apoplexy patients.Results 94.1% of the family members knew the diagnosis of the disease,and 60.8% of the family members knew the clinical symptoms, which showed that the family members do have some knowledge about the disease, but they lacked the basic caring knowledge and skills of the disease. 90.2% of the family members wished to talk with the medical staff directly and learn some information about the disease. 90.2% of the family members wished the nurses to teach them some useful basic caring skills.Conclusion Medical staff should pay close attention to the family members’ needs to health education in patients with cerebral apoplexy, and provide pertinent health education and instruction according to their needs,help them to master the main point of nursing and improve their skills and confidence in taking good care of the patient, which will contribute a lot to the patients’ recovery.
