摘要
我院开发研制的“医院护理综合信息”系统共有 6个子系统组成 ,“人力资源动态调配系统”是其中 1个子系统 ,包括 3部分 :护士排班表、人力资源动态显示和医嘱量统计。经过实际应用 ,充分显示了计算机网络优势 ,操作简便快捷 ,得出的数据准确、可靠 ,信息共享。以计算机网络管理代替手工操作 ,改变了旧的管理方式 。
A integrity information administration system of hospital nursing was designed and applied in Beijing Army General Hospital, which includes six different components. Dynamic administration system of nursing human resource, which is one of the components, consisted of nursing schedule, current status of nursing staff and summarization of the doctor's advices. Investigation revealed the advantages of this system which were easy, fast, accurate, reliable, and information sharing. By using the system , the old administration system has been improved and efficacy of nursing administration been increased.
