摘要
目的观察川山化瘀胶囊治疗颈动脉斑块的临床疗效。方法将126例住院和门诊的颈动脉斑块病人随机分为治疗组与对照组,并对其临床疗效、血脂、血液流变学、颈动脉血流参数、颈动脉斑块等指标进行观察研究。结果川山化瘀胶囊有较好的降脂、降低血黏度、改善脑供血以及减轻、稳定和消除颈动脉斑块的作用,治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90.6%,高于对照组的82.3%(P<0.05)。结论川山化瘀胶囊对颈动脉斑块有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To studied the effect of Chuanshanhuayu Capsule on carotid artery plaque. Methods One hundred and twentysix patients with carotid artery plaque were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup. Blood lipids, blood rheology, carotid artery blood flow parameters of carotid artery were studied. Results Lipid and blood viscosity in treatment group were improved compared with control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chuanshanhuayu Capsule was effective for carotid artery plaque.
