摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀对无症状颈动脉斑块患者的治疗作用。方法:将2009年10月至2012年9月我院无症状颈动脉斑块患者75例纳入研究,根据随机法分组。A组接受常规剂量阿托伐他汀治疗,B组接受高剂量阿托伐他汀治疗。连续用药12周后对比两组患者血脂水平、颈动脉斑块大小和厚度的差异性。结果:对比两组患者血脂水平发现,B组患者TG、TC等指标明显低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者颈动脉斑块发现,B组患者颈动脉斑块大小和厚度均明显小于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高剂量阿托伐他汀可在调节血脂水平的基础上逆转颈动脉斑块的发生和发展,对减少远期心脑血管并发症具有积极的临床意义。
Objective：Observe effects of different doses of atorvastatin in carotid plaque without symptoms. Methods：Choose 75 cases from Oct. 2009 to Sep. 2012 as study subject, randomly grouping. A group give routine dose atorvastatin, B group give high dose atorvastatin. 12 weeks later, compared blood lipid levels, carotid artery plaque size and thickness.Results：Compared of blood lipid levels of TG, TC, B groups significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Comparison of carotid artery plaques, B group carotid artery plaque size and thickness are significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：High dose atorvastatin statins in the occurrence and development of regulating blood lipid level on reversing the carotid plaque, to reduce future cardiovascular complications has positive clinical significance.
