摘要
介绍了对W6Mo5Cr4V2、W18Cr4V高速钢刀具进行-196℃深冷处理所取得的实效;研究表明,对于经过淬火与三次回火的高速钢,引起其强韧性提高的主要原因是深冷处理导致了材料的晶粒细化与碳化物微小颗粒的弥散析出。
The practical effectiveness for HSS cutting tool of W 6Mo 5Cr 4V 2 and W 18 Cr 4V due to -196℃ deep cryogenic treatment is presented. For high speed steel after quench and three times tempering, it can be concluded from our investigation that the improvement of intensity and toughness mainly comes from the increasing fineness of grain and the dispersedly precipitation of ultrafine carbide grains due to deep cryogenic treatment. The transformation from risdual austenite to martensite is not the cause of increasement of intensity and toughness.
