摘要
研究二次回火对ZG42Cr2MnSiMoRE钢性能与强韧化机理的影响,结果表明:二次回火后ZG42Cr2MnSiMoRE钢具有较高的强韧性,硬度≥54 HRC,冲击韧度≥43 J/cm2。强韧化机理显示孪晶部分发生回复、消失,孪晶数量明显减少,位错密度较一次回火时降低,位错发生了动态回复。经分析计算,二次回火后碳化物颗粒弥散分布在板条马氏体基体上和位错间,数量增加,尺寸变大。
The effect of the second tempering on the mechanical properties and strengthen and toughening mechanism of ZG42Cr2MnSiMoRE cast steel were studied. The results indicate that: ZG42Cr2MnSiMoRE steel after the second tempering can possess higher strength, hardness ≥ 54 HRC, higher toughness≥ 43 J/cm^2. The strengthen and toughening mechanism study showed that part of twin crystals recovered and disappeared after the second tempering and the number of twin crystals were significantly reduced. Compared with the once tempering the dislocation density significantly decreased after the second tempering. The dislocation dynamically recovered after the second tempering. Analysis and calculation showed that. after the second tempering, more number and larger sized granular carbides mainly dispersed in the lath martensite matrix and between dislocations.
