摘要 研究了深冷处理对Cr12N冷冲模耐磨性的影响规律。结果表明.深冷处理与较高的淬火温度相配合,可显著提高耐磨性。用Cr12钢制造的硅钢片冷冲模,经最佳的淬火温度1060℃淬火后深冷处理,并与中温(400℃)回火相配合,可获得较佳的综合力学性能,使用寿命较常规热处理的同类模具提高3倍以上。 The effect of sub-zero treatment on the wear resistance of cold dies made of Cr12 steel has been studied. The results show that wear resistance can be raised significantly by sub-zero treatment after quenching from a higher austenitization temperature of 1060℃. The cold dies made of Cr12steel,for punching silicon steel sheets,could get a excellent properties with quench from 1060℃,sub-zero treat at - 196℃,and a middle temperature tempering at 400℃. The service-life of the dies is four times longer than those by conventional heat treatment.
