摘要
配伍是方剂发挥药效的关键,其内在的物质基础是配伍与其有效成分体内代谢特征之间存在着的对应关系,即方剂配伍-代谢关系。以双黄连复方为实例,通过对双黄连复方和黄芩单方中主要药效成分黄芩苷在大鼠体内的代谢产物,以及灌胃给予不同组合配方后药代动力学的比较,初步揭示中药双黄连复方方剂配伍-代谢关系。方剂配伍-代谢关系的研究对阐明方剂配伍的科学内涵有重要意义。
The hypothesis of compatibility-metabolism correlation is proposed. There exists a correlation between compatibility of TCM recipes and the metabolism characteristics of the active ingredients. In order to verify the hypothesis, the Shuang-Huang-Lian(SHL) recipe, a traditional Chinese formula containing Flos lonicerae(FL),Radix scutellariae(RS) and Fructus forsythiae(FF), was taken for an example. The metabolites of baicalin in the SHL and RS in rat bile, urine and faeces, and the pharmacokinetics of SHL and the different combinations of its constitutional herbs(RS+FF, RS+FL and RS) were investigated after oral administration. The results indicated that the changes of compatibility directly led to the changes of the in vivo metabolism and pharmacokinetics of active ingredients. The hypothesis of compatibility-metabolism correlation is of great significance to explore the scientific meanings of the compatibility of TCM recipes.
