摘要
以阿司匹林为内标,在YWG-CN柱上用CH_3CN-(CH_3COOH-CH_3COONa-H_2O)CHCl_3(10:90:1)为流动相,用反相HPLC法测定了芍药、毛果芍药、草芍药、毛叶草芍药、川赤芍、毛赤芍、美丽芍药、窄叶芍药、块根芍药、新疆芍药、日本芍药、黄牡丹、及一种尚未定名的芍药的根中羟基芍药甙、芍药内酯甙、芍药甙和苯甲酸的含量,精密度实验CV(%)分别为2.34,3.40,2.88,3.31;回收率(%)分别为102.76(CV2.49%),99.39(CV1.03%),100.78(CV0.69%),100.93(CVL59%)。
RP-HPLC with a 3.9mm×250mm column of YWG-CN using CH_3CN-[(CH_3COOH-CH_3COONa-H_2O(pH3.2)]-CHCl_3(10:90:1, V/V) as the solvent system and asprin as the internal standard was applied to determine the constituents,oxypaeoflorin(Ⅰ),albiflorin(Ⅱ),paeoniflorin(Ⅲ) and benzoic acid(Ⅳ) in peony root from 13 species: P. obovata Maxim., P. obovata var. willmottiae (Stapf) Stern, P.japonica (Makino) Miyabe et Takeda, P, mairei Levl., P.lactiflora Pall.P. lactiflora var. trichocarpa (Bunge) Stern, P.veitchii Lynch, P.veitchii var.woodwardii (Stapf ex Cox) Stern, P. sinjiangensis K.Y. Pan, P. anomala var. intermedia(C. A. Meyer) O. et B. Fedtsch., P.delavayi var. lutea (Franch.)Finet et Gagnep., P. sp., with the accuracy CV(%) Ⅰ 2.34, Ⅱ3.40, Ⅲ 2.88, Ⅳ 3.31 and the recovery test results Ⅰ 102.76%(CV 2.49%), Ⅱ 99.39%(CV 1.03%),Ⅲ 100.78% (CV 0.69%),Ⅳ 100.93% (CV 1.59%) respectively. 8 samples of crude drug commercially available were also detected.
