摘要
研究了我国一级珍稀濒危树种珙桐(Davidia involucrata Baill.)带芽茎段的离体培养,筛选出最佳培养基。(1)冬芽诱导培养基:WPM+BA 2.0 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 0.1 mg·L^(-1);(2)丛生芽诱导培养基:WPM+BA 2.0mg·L^(-1);(3)丛生芽增殖培养基:WPM+BA2.0 mg·L^(-1)+ZT0.1 mg·L^(-1);(4)生根培养基:WPM+NAA 0.5 mg·L^(-1)。
Davidia involucrata Baill. named Chinese dove tree. It is not only a fomous ornamental plant but also a rare and endangered plant. This paper mainly dealt with the study on shoot organogenesis culture in vitro culture from dormant bud explants of Davidia involucrata. The results showed that the best media for various stages were as follows:(1)The dormant bud induction medium:WPM+BA 2.0 mg·L^-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L^1;(2)Clump shoot induction medium:WPM+2.0 mg·L^-1BA;(3)Clump shoot regeneration medium: WPM+BA2.0 mg·L^-1+ZT0.1 mg·L^-1;(4)Rooting medium:WPM+NAA 0.5 mg·L^-1.
