摘要
荷叶是很有用的中草药资源和香料资源，分析荷叶的成分对于开发利用荷叶很有意义。用色谱法，色谱－质谱法和标准样品核对，对荷叶精油成分进行了分析研究，从其中共鉴定了４８种精油成分，占总峰面积的９２．５％。同时利用色谱－质谱法研究了荷叶中的生物碱。
Abstract Lotus is a good source of medical herbs and soices. Analyzing lotus components will enable us to make better use of lotus resources. Compounds of nelumbo lotus have been analyzed using GC MS and GC, 48 volatile compounds have been identified from nelumbo lotus which counted up to 92.5% of the total peak area, and 4 alkaloids of nelumbo lotus have been identified by GC MS.
