摘要
引进境外战略投资者是中国商业银行改革的重要举措，然而加入WTO后外资银行的扩张行为给中国金融业带来了巨大压力。分析战略投资者的战略动机和行为表明，银行业控制权博弈对一国金融安全有重要影响。在现有开放条件下外资银行很难威胁到中国金融安全．但由于目前部分战略投资在中国区已表露出扩张雄心，应加强监管以维护中国核心金融利益。
It is an important measure of Chinese commercial banks＇ reform to import innternational strategic investors. However, the foreign capital bank expansion brings huge pressure to our financial industry after WTO. By analyzing strategy investor＇s strategic motive and behavior, it puts forward that the control rights of banking has great influence on financial security. It proposes that foreign capital bank is very difficult to threaten financial security of our country under the current opening condition. But some strategic investors has revealed great expansion ambition, supervision from four aspects to maintain the core finance benefit of our country should be strengthened.
