摘要
银行业并购与企业并购存在密切相关性，银行业并购对现代金融产业的建立和发展作出了重要贡献。系统梳理中国银行业并购历程可知，中国银行业目前的并购是在产权关系不甚明晰、相关法律法规比较欠缺以及经济金融欠发达的背景下出现的，应按照“组织重组-同业整合-混业扩张”的渐进武战略实施并购。
Banking M＆A has a close relationship with the enterprises＇ M＆A, and it has made significant contribution to the establishment and development of modem financial industry. Systemically exploring Chinese banking M＆A on the basis of historical retrospect, there exist some problems and mistakes such as unclear assets right relationship, shortage of relative law and undeveloped economy and finance, the implement of M＆A should follow the gradual strategy of restructuring-integrating the same businesses-expanding mixed operation.
