摘要
本研究发现,将硫酸庆大霉素、硫酸丁胺卡那霉素两种抗菌药物,经不同磁感应强度、不同时间处理后,可使绿脓杆菌的抑菌环直径有不同程度的增加.其结果表明,磁场处理能提高抗菌药物的疗效,对解决细菌耐药性问题有一定的参考价值.本文并对抗菌药物磁处理后提高效能的机理作了初步探讨.
fier gentamicin sulfas and amikacin sulfas are magnetized under different magneticinduction intensity and time, bacteriostatic annulus diameters of Pseudomonas aeruginosaare increased differently by these two kinds of agents. The result of experiment showsthat the magnetic treatment can improve efficacy of antibacterial agents and deal with theproblem of germinal medicine-resistance. Its mechanisms are discussed tentatively.
