摘要
研究磁处理党参药液对消化功能影响的药效作用.用炭末法比较生理盐水、磁处理党参药液与非磁处理党参药液对小鼠肠推进运动的影响;用麦特(Mett)氏法比较正常对照组、非磁处理党参药液组与磁处理党参药液组的胃蛋白酶活性.与生理盐水组比较,磁处理药液组小鼠肠的炭末推进率显著增加(P<0.01);与非磁处理药液组比较,磁处理药液组小鼠肠的炭末推进率显著减小(P<0.01).与正常对照组比较,磁处理药液组的胃蛋白酶活性显著增强(P<0.01);与非磁处理药液组比较,磁处理药液组的胃蛋白酶活性亦显著增强(P<0.01及P<0.05).党参磁处理药液对小鼠肠的推进及胃蛋白酶活性有明显作用.
The study was to investigate the medicinal effects of magnetized Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf. solution treatment on digestive function. The charcoal method was used to determine the different effect of isotonic saline, magnetized Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf. solution, and unmagnetized Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf. solution on small intestinal propulsion of the mice. Mett method was used to compare effects of the control group, non-magnetized and magnetized Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf. medicinal solution on the activity of stomach protease. The small intestinal propulsion rate of magnetized Codonopsis pilesula (Franch.) Nannf. solution was increased significantly (P 〈0.01) compared to the isotonic saline group. The inhibition of magnetized Codonopsis pilosula (Franeh.) Nannf. solution on charcoal propulsion rate was more significant (P〈0.01) than non- magnetized Codonopsis pilesula (Franch.) Nannf. solution. Compared with the control group, the activity of stomach protease conducted by magnetized Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf. solution was increased significantly (P 〈 0.01). And the activity of stomach protease conducted by magnetized Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf.solution was also increased (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05), compared with the non-magnetized medicinal solution.The treatment of magnetized Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf. solution had a remarkable effect on small intestinal propulsion function and the activity of stomach protease.
