摘要
针对目前工程项目管理中实际存在的进度管理和费用管理不能有效结合的缺陷,从工程项目工期与费用控制协调原理的研究出发,以挣值管理法作为实现手段,应用MATLAB软件中提供的simulink工具箱进行了工程项目进度-费用联合控制的动态仿真,从而提出了一个将进度-费用联合控制思想在工程项目实施中得到应用的一种新途径,并对这种方法的科学性和可行性进行了案例验证。
According to the gap of the inefficient combination of progress management and cost in project management at present, considering the coordinated principle of project duration and cost controlling, and using the Earned Value Management as a realization method, it carried out dynamic simulation on union control of duration and cost using the simulink toolbox in MATLAB software. Furthermore, it proposed a new way of the schedule cost union controlling in project implementation, and used the case to confirm scientific nature and feasibility of this method.
