摘要
进度计划是工程项目管理的基础,进度控制是项目管理工作中最核心、最富挑战的部分。本文通过项目管理中进度控制所取得的发展成就,针对项目管理中产生的进度控制问题,分析其被忽视以及影响进度的多层面因素,并以云南农村干部学院综合楼及云南农业大学田家炳楼工程项目为例,对进度控制的理论和方法提出一些认识和看法。
Schedule plan is the basis of project management, and schedule control is the the most crucial and challenging part of the project management progress . Based on the achievement in the development of schedule control in project management, and in order to solve the schedule control problem in project management, this paper analyzes the influencing multidimensional factors that schedule control is neglected. Some viewpoints on the theories and methods of schedule control are summed up by take the building of Rural Institute of Yunnan and Yunnan Agricultural University, Tian Jia Bing Project as an examples.
