摘要
本文采用离散系统仿真语言GPSS,对杭州汽轮机厂的一个车间加以简化,建立模型。在模型中,模仿车间实际情况,设置若干加工中心,规定各种零件的工艺加工路线和各道工序上加工时间以及各种零件生产批量和库存下限。通用件按小批比量生产,专用件生产则完全根据客户订单按件安排。零件具体加工顺序采用六种调度策略,通过对模型进行仿真运行,收集各种统计指标,全面分析比较采用各种不同策略时,达到目标程度,以此改进计划和调度工作。关键词:生产计划,调度策略,系统仿真,GPSS。
With the discrete system simulation language GPSS, We build a simplified open job shop model.In the model, several work centers. technical route of parts, work time of activities, Lowest point of part storage have been set or specified. We classify parts into two classes: general purpose and speciod purpose. The production of the first class is been arranged by small lots, whereas the production of the second class, arranged by orders of customer rigo—rously. We run the model for several scheduling and dispatching strategies, collect statistics, analysis and compare reports, so as to improve job shop scheduling and dispatching.
