MES动态修饰PDMS芯片毛细管电泳电化学检测多巴胺和肾上腺素

Simultaneous Determination of Dopamine and Epinephrine Using MES Modified PDMS Microchip with Amperometric Detection

摘要 在2-(N-吗啉)乙磺酸(MES)动态修饰的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微通道中,采用在柱安培检测方式,分离并测定了神经递质多巴胺和肾上腺素。实验中对分离电压、检测电位以及添加剂浓度等参数进行了探讨和优化。结果表明,修饰后的通道减少了对被测物的吸附,有效提高了分离度,多巴胺和肾上腺素的检测限分别为2.0μmol/L和3.7μmol/L。 A method for the rapid separation of dopamine and epinephrine was presented in poly(dimethylsiloxane) ( PD fled MS) microchip electrophoresis integrated with amperometric detection. The PDMS channels dynamically modiby 2 - morpholinoethanesulfonic acid (MES) show less adsorption and more enhanced the separation efficiency than that of unmodified ones. The resolutions for native and modified microchips were from 0.64 to 1.12. The detection limits of DA and EP were 2.0 μmol/L and 3.7 μmol/L, respectively. Parameters influencing the separation efficiency and resolution, including separation voltage, detection potential, and the concentration of additive, are assessed and optimized.
