摘要
利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了神经递质多巴胺(DA)、肾上腺素(Ep)及去甲肾上腺素(NE)在聚中性红膜修饰电极(PNRE)上的电化学行为。根据DA及EP在PNRE上还原过程的差异,采用阴极导数伏安法,实现了DA及Ep的同时测定.在测定的最佳条件下,DA及Ep在PNRE上的还原峰电流与其浓度分别在:1.0 × 10-61.8×10-4mol/L及4.5×10-7~4.5×10-6mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系.由于抗坏血酸(AA)在PNRE上的电催化氧化是不可逆的,因而基本消除了AA对DA及Ep测定的干扰。
The electrochemical behavior of neurotransmitters, such as dopamin (DA ). epinephrine(Ep) and norepinephrine, in poly(neutral red) film modified electaodes (PNRE) have been studied by cyclic voltammetry. According to the discrepancy of reduction process of DA and EP in PNRE, the simultaneous determination of DA and Ep has been realized with cathode derivative voltammetry. Under the selected conditions, the reduction peak currents are in linear relationship with both DA and EP concentrations in the ranges of 1. O×10-6-l. 8 × 10-4 mol/L and 4. 5 × 10-7- 4. 5 × 10-6 mol/L, respectively. Because the oxidation of ascorbic acid(AA) is an irreversible reaction in PNRE, as a result the interferences of AA for determining DA and Ep were eliminated basically.
