摘要
目的探讨口服Ⅱ型胶原蛋白(collagenⅡ,CⅡ)诱导免疫耐受对佐剂性关节炎(adjuvant arthritis,AA)大鼠外周淋巴器官白细胞介素1-β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法制备佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型,观察口服CⅡ前后关节的病变情况,采用冰冻切片免疫组化法测定大鼠的外周淋巴器官中IL-1β的水平及其变化,观察大鼠骨关节的变化。结果口服CⅡ诱导免疫耐受的大鼠IL-1β的表达明显低于AA对照组。结论口服CⅡ可以通过诱导免疫耐受抑制IL-1β表达,进而减缓关节炎症状。
Objective To investigate the effects of oral administration of collagen Ⅱ （C Ⅱ ） on interleukin-1β （IL-1β）expmssions in peripheral lymphatic organs in rats with adjuvant arthritis（AA）. Methods Adjuvant arthritis rat model were prepared by complete Freund＇ s adjuvant（CFA）. The expressions of IL-1β in peripheral lymphoid organs were examined by immunohistochemistry and pathological changes of joint were observed. Restilts The expressions of IL-1β were remarkably decreased in C Ⅱ tolerized-rats compared that in rats with AA. Conclusion Oral administration of CⅡ may inhibit the expressions of IL- 1β and reduce the adjuvant arthritis symptom.
