摘要
根据气体的波动效应分析发动机进气管长度对发动机充气效率的影响.利用BOOST模拟计算软件,在原发动机基础上,计算分析了具有可变进气系统的发动机在不同转速下的性能,同时研究了不同结构参数对发动机动力性和经济性的影响,确定可变进气管长度切换点(速度转换点).利用可变进气管长度使发动机在各工况都获得较高的充气效率,从而改善发动机性能,并通过实验进行验证.
According to the effect of the gas fluctuation, The influence of the intake pipe length on the volumetric efficiency of engine is analysed. Based on the original engine, the performances of the engine with variable intake system are simulated at different speeds by BOOST simulation software. The influence of different parameters is also discussed in this paper. The changing point of variable pipe length is confirmed. The volumetric efficiency and the performance of the engine are improved by using variable intake pipe length at different speeds and are also confirmed by experiment.
