摘要
本文以小鼠可移植性T淋巴细胞白血病L615和淋巴肉瘤白血病L759为模型,对SPA、SAC和SAW三种生物制剂直接体内注射的免疫疗效作了研究。结果表明.SPA和SAC对L615小鼠无免疫保护作用.但能明显抑制L759细胞的增殖;SAW则对L615和L759细胞的生长均无抑制作用。
The immunotherapeutic effects of purified staphylococcal protein A (SPA ),staphylococcus aureus cowan (SAC) and staphylococcus aureus wood 46 (SAW)were observed by using the transplantable tumor models of T -lymphocyte leukemia 615 (L615) and lymphosarcoma leukemia 759 (L759). The results showedthat SPA and SAC had no thera - peutic effects on L 615 bearing mice .but had significant suppressive effects on the proliferation of L759 cells. However .SAW had no any effects on the proliferation of L615 or L759cells.
