摘要
本实验用 MMC-L615瘤苗主动免疫诱导的小鼠免疫膊细胞,在含有 rIL-2(2~u/ml)的 RPMI1640全培基中连续传代并经瘤苗的反复刺激而建成了一株细胞毒性 T 细胞系(定名为 Tc-L615细胞系)并对其各种生物学特性及体外细胞毒活性做了进一步的研究。
A cytotoxic lymphocyte line(designated by the name of Tc-L615 cell line)derived from the immune spleens of 615 inbred mice actively immunized in vivo with MMC-L615 was established.It was cultured in rIL-2(2(?)/ml)containing media and passaged successively by repeated stimulation with MMC-L615.Some biological characteristics and it's cytotoxicity in vitro were investigated.
