摘要
本文介绍了利用故障树分析法对某厂数控加工中心出现的故障,以其液压控制系统的典型故障为例,建立故障树,并对其进行定性分析。实践证明此方法方便、简洁、直观、实用。
The article introduces how to adopt FTA （fault tree analysis） to analyze the malfunction in NC machining center. We illustrate the typical hydraulic pressure system fault to build up the fault tree and qualitatively analyze. This way is advantageous, compact, applied.
