摘要
以2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(ETA)为季铵化试剂对壳聚糖(CTS)进行改性,合成了水溶性的壳聚糖季铵盐——羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HACC),用傅里叶红外光谱对合成的HACC结构进行表征.采用HACC对柞蚕/锦纶复合丝针织物进行整理,分别用酸性染料和直接染料对整理前后的针织物进行染色,研究HACC整理对其染色性能的影响.结果表明:经HACC处理后,柞蚕/锦纶针织物的染色深度(K/S值)增加,染料的上染百分率及上染速率提高,染色织物的皂洗牢度稍有提高,摩擦牢度保持不变,所测各项色牢度≥3级.
Water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan,hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan(HACC) was successfully synthesized using 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride(ETA) as quaternized reagent of chitosan modification.FT-IR was used to characterize the structure of HACC.Tussah silk/ polyamide knitted compound knitted fabric was treated with the prepared HACC,then the fabric before and after treatment were both dyed with acid dyes and direct dyes.The effect of HACC treatment on dyeing behavior was explored.The results showed that the dyeing depth(K/S value) of tussah silk/nylon knitted fabric treated by HACC was increased than the control samples,and the dye up-take and the dyeing rate increased.Meanwhile the soaping fastness of the dyed fabric increased slightly,and crocking fastness was essentially unchanged,all the tested color fastness ≥ gread 3.
