摘要
对酱油酿造菌米曲霉的 8个不同来源菌株进行了酯酶同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析 .结果表明 :米曲霉酯酶同工酶分 10个带区 ,其中第 1,4 ,6 ,9,10条酶带为 8个菌株共有 ,且酶活力相对较高 ,其它酶带则显示了不同菌株间的差异 .这一结果提示该同工酶谱虽表现出一定的差异 ,但主要酶带是稳定的 ,具有物种特征性 .
This article reportes the PAG electrophoresis study of esterase isozyme of A.Oryzae which has 8 original strains.The result shows that the esterase isozyme of A.Oryzae has 10 band zones.Every strain has the band number 1,4,6,9 and 10,and most of them have high enzayme activity.This result demostrates that the main bands are stable and possess special characteristics though the enzayme bands indicate some certain difference among strains.
