香花崖豆藤中异黄酮类化合物的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:研究香花崖豆藤Millettia dielsiana藤茎的化学成分。方法:采用柱色谱方法分离化合物,采用谱学方法鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了7个异黄酮类化合物,鉴定为6-methoxycalpogonium isoflavone A(1),durmillone(2),ichthynone(3),jamaicin(4),toxicarol isoflavone(5),barbigerone(6),染料木素(genistein,7)。结论:化合物5首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1-6为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of vine stem of Millettia dielsiana.Method: Various chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents.The structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses.Result: Seven isoflavones were isolated and identified as 6-methoxycalpogonium isoflavone A(1),durmillone(2),ichthynone(3),jamaicin(4),toxicarol isoflavone(5),barbigerone(6), genistein(7) respectively.Conclusion: Compound 5 was isolated from the genus and Compounds 1-6were isolated from the plant for the first time.
