摘要
目的从大叶井口边草中提取出一些具有抗艾滋病毒活性的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析、反相柱层析及高效液相法分离大叶井口边草中的乙酸乙酯萃取物。结果提取分离得倍半萜8个、二萜7个、黄酮4个、三萜3个和生物碱1个,化合物共23个。结论该试验中提取的化合物10是首次从大叶井口边草分离得到的。后期将从该试验中分离提取的二萜和倍半萜做了抗艾滋病毒活性检测,结果显示无抗艾滋病毒活性。
Objective To extract some anti-HIV virus cbemical components from Pteris cretica. Methods Tbe silica gel column cbro-matograpby,gel column cbromatograpby,reversed-pbase column cbromatograpby and bigb performance liquid cbromatograpby were adopted to separate tbe etbyl acetate extractants of Pteris cretic. Results 23 cbemical compounds including 8 sesquiterpenes,7 diterpenes,4 flavonoids,3 triterpenes and 1 alkaloid were obtained by tbe extraction and separation. Conclusion Tbe extracted cbemical compounds 10 separated from Pteris cretica are for tbe first time. Tben tbe diterpenes and sesquiterpenes separated and extracted by tbe experiment are performed tbe anti-HIV activity test. But tbe results sbow no anti-HIV activity.
