摘要
对振动式微机械陀螺仪动力学进行了分析研究，对影响陀螺仪角运动误差的各干扰力矩项进行了分析，并对陀螺仪参数设计应注意的问题进行了初步探讨。
The dynamics of a vibratory micromechanical gyroscope is analyzed. The angular-movement errors of the gyroscope caused by disturbing torques are discussed and soiutions of problems in the parameters design of gyroscopes are probed.
