摘要
为了实现某高能激光发射系统出厂后特别是外场使用时的快速装调,设计了一个光轴平行度装调仪。介绍了平行度装调过程、仪器的光学和机械结构设计,并建立了仪器的三维模型,对设计进行了干涉检查和优化。在此基础上,进行了有限元分析,校核机构的强度。本装调仪的优点是尺寸小、质量轻、便于携带、装调速度快,可以实现高能激光发射系统出厂后特别是外场使用时的快速装调。
This paper designed a novel assistant instrument to align the optical-axis parallelism of the high-energy laser launching system. The instrument can accomplish the alignment instead of assistant equipments that were used before. The aligning process, optical system and mechanical structure is discussed in this paper. After modeling the whole instrument with UG, the system is inspected and optimized. The FEA for the system is applied to verify the intention of the main parts with MSC. Patran/Nastran. The system has brief structure and light weight. The system can replace the equipments of the workshop with high precision and efficiency. It is not only can be used in the first alignment, but also used in the alignment of outfield.
