摘要
采用线阵ＣＣＤ器件作为光电转换器，用单片微处理器进行数据处理的数字光电准直仪．是新一代的精密测量仪器，文中介绍了系统的设计方法，并提出了用矩心法进行内插细分来提高仪器的精度的设计思想。最后给出测试结果。
In this paper,a new-type high accuracy measurement using linear-array CCD and microcomputer is described. And the design method that approaches measurement system accuaracy with centroid position interpolation technique is presented. Finally,the test result is given.
