摘要
提出了一种应用于大口径、长焦距反射光学系统的光学件装调装置的设计方案,并进行了研制和应用。该设计方案采用具6自由度的装调装置。通过对该装置的精度、稳定性、灵敏度的测试和实验应用,能够满足光学系统装调的需要,可以看出该装置是该光学系统装调不可缺少的设备,结果表明对光学系统的像质影响很小。因此,通过精密的调整机构来完成6个自由度调整显得尤为重要。本文从满足装调精度要求的角度出发,对该装置的组成、工作原理、系统布置进行详细介绍。
A design project used to adjust optics system of large aperture and long focus is proposed.The project is manufactured and used.Adjusting device with six degrees of freedom is adapted in the project.The precision,stability,sensitivity of devices are tested and experimental applied.The device can meet optical system requirement.The device is very important for optical system adjusting.The result shows that the effect on image quality of camera is slight.So it is very important for accomplishing adjustment on six degrees of freedom through precision adjusting machine.Device composition,work principle,system layout are introduced from meeting requirement for camera adjusting precision in the paper.
