摘要
用两种超低温(液态氮、-196℃)冰冻方法,保存小麦、谷子种子,贮存1天后,经30℃温水解冻进行发芽力测定。结果表明,其发芽势、发芽率与对照无显著差异。探讨的两种超低温冰冻方法也无显著差异。
In the following experiment.We have preserved wheat and foxtail seed by using two types of cryopreservation (LN_2-196℃).After one day's storage in LN_2,we rewarmed them in luke-warter at 30℃,then experiment was carried out to chenck up on the germinabillty.The result was that:There were no singificant difference of the germination percentage germinative energy among tests and control, so were the types two of cryopreservation methods.
