摘要
建立了一种快速提取鸭基因组DNA的方法。该法操作简单,在减少污染的同时还节约成本,且其所提取的基因组DNA完整性好,未出现多糖、蛋白质残留,可以用于PCR、酶切等分子生物学操作。
A new method for duck genome cost- saving and without contamination. DNA rapid extraction was established,which was easy, The integrity of genome DNA extracted by the method was excellent, without polysaccharide and protein. The extracted DNA can be used well for PCR and enzyme digestion.
