摘要
本文应用丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,检查了两种野鸭(绿头鸭、斑嘴鸭)和九个品种的家鸭(北京鸭、卡其·康贝尔鸭、金定鸭、绍兴鸭两个品系、山麻鸭、连城白鸭、莆田黑鸭、巢湖麻鸭)共726只的前白蛋白血清型的分布状况。前白蛋白各表现型出现的频度是:1—1型占38.43%;0—1型占24.24%;1—0型占2.20%;1—2型占22.87%;2—1型占1.52%;2—0型占0.28%;0—2型占5.92%;2—2型占4.55%。根据Hardy-Weinber的公式计算其基因频率Pa^A0.04493;Pa^20.29600;Pa^B0.20318;Pa^b0.45429。X^2=6.2836。P在0.3~0.5之间。按Roger氏法计算了各鸭种间的遗传距离和用类平均聚类法绘出表示各鸭种间关系的树状图。
By means of acrylamide gel electrophoresis, the serum prealbumin types of 726 serum samples of the ducks ( two mallard ducks and nine domestica ducks ) have been investigated. The distribution of prealbumin phenotype frequencies are as follows: Pa 1-1 38.43%; Pa 0-1 24.24%; Pa 1-0 2.20%; Pa 1-2 22.87%; Pa 2-1 1.52%; Pa 2-0 0.28%; Pa 0-2 5.92%; Pa 2-2 4.55%. The gene frequencies of PaA, Paa, PaB and Pab calcuated according to Hardy-weinber's formula are 0.04493, 0.29600, 0.20318 and 0.45429 respectively. X2 = 6.2836,P = 0.3~0.5. The gene distance between ducks calcuated according to Roger's formula. The dendrogram of the relationship painted by way of the Unweighted pair-group arithmetic average.
