摘要
采用人精子与去透明带的金黄地鼠卵离体受精制备出人精子染色体标本,对23例吸烟5-14年的男性及23例无吸烟史的正常男性进行了精子染色体畸变率的统计学分析。结果显示正常对照组畸变率为4.13%,吸烟组畸变率为7.32%,两者经统计学分析P<0.05,各不同吸烟史小组与正常对照组畸变率比较均为P<0.05,本实验为进一步探讨吸烟为人类生殖细胞遗传物质的影响提供了参考数据。
Using the zona-free golden hamster eggs. We induced and analyzed the human sperm chromosomes from 23 males who have been smoking for 5 to 14 years, 1379 haploid metaphases were observed, in which 32 metaphases were structural aberration, and 69 numerical aberration the abnormal ratio being 7.32%. This ratio and that of the control group when compared showed a statistical difference (P<0.05).
