摘要
目的研究过氧化苯甲酰对大鼠体重和脏器系数的影响。方法将40只雄性大鼠随机均分为4组:A组为对照组;B、C、D组分别用低、中、高三种剂量过氧化苯甲酰处理。16周后检测大鼠体重和睾丸、附睾、肝脏、脾脏的脏器系数。结果 C、D组体重低于A组,D组低于B组(P<0.01)。C组附睾系数大于A组(P<0.01)。附睾系数和睾丸系数、肝脏系数呈正相关。4组大鼠肝脏系数相仿(P>0.05)。D组脾脏系数大于A组(P<0.01)。结论过氧化苯甲酰能降低大鼠体重,并能引起大鼠附睾系数和脾脏系数变化。
Objective To study the effects of benxzoyl peroxide on body weight and organ coefficient in rats.Methods Forty male rats were randomly divided into control group（A） and three benzoyl peroxide-treated groups of B（low dose）,C（middle dose） and D（high dose） with 10 rats each.After benzoyl peroxide exposure for 16 weeks,body weight and organ coefficients of the testis,epididymis,liver,spleen were measured.Results Body weght was lower in groups of C and D than that in group A,which was lower in group D than that in group B（P0.01）.The weight coefficient of the epididymis was higher in group C than that in group A（P0.05）.The weight coefficient of the epididymis was positively correlated with that of the testis or the liver.The weight coefficients of the liver of 4 groups were similar（P0.05）.The weight coefficient of the spleen was greater in group D than that in group A（P0.01）.Conclusion Benzoyl peroxide can decrease body weight and change the weight coefficients of the epididymis and spleen.
