多叶光栅静态调强与动态调强的比较 被引量:2

摘要 采用step&shoot和sliding window两种模式分别设计10例鼻咽癌患者的调强放射治疗(IMRT)计划。在射野方向、优化条件、处方剂量及优化通量完全相同的前提下,比较两种计划设计模式下的剂量体积直方图(DVH)、靶区及危及器官(OAR)的剂量分布、机器跳数、优化子野数以及治疗时间。发现两种计划设计模式下,患者靶区受量及治疗时间无统计学差异;与sliding window模式相比,step&shoot模式能提供更好的靶区适形度、降低危及器官的受量,减少总子野数41.6%,减少机器跳数(MU)11.3%。提示step&shoot模式能更好地保护危及器官,降低加速器及多叶准直器的机械损耗。
