15例前列腺癌患者调强放射治疗的护理 被引量：3

Nursing care of 15 patients with prostatic cancer receiving intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)

摘要 报告15例前列腺癌患者运用调强放疗技术进行治疗的护理体会。放疗前做好心理护理、详细解释及呼吸训练;放疗过程中注意并发症的观察与护理,出现放射性膀胱炎、放射性直肠炎时进行对症处理;加强放疗区皮肤保护。15例患者均达到良好的治疗效果,未发生严重并发症,顺利完成治疗。
