阐述了 Raymond T.Yeh和 Keri E.Pearlson提出的基于垂直时间、负时间和零时间的 5个零时间规则 ;描述了 2 1世纪企业的概念构架 ,并指出走向零时间企业的战略、策略和途径 ;
In this paper it is discussed the five Zero Time Rules based on Vertical Time, Negative Time and Zero Time, which are first presented b y Raymond T. Yeh and Keri E. Pearlson. The conceptual architecture for 21st cent ury enterprise are described, and the strategy, disciplines and approaches to Ze ro Time Enterprise are also indicated. In the end,several issues are pointed out ,which should be paid attention to when approaching to Zero Time Enterprise.
