摘要
随着计算机网络的迅速普及,网络化测试系统在生产、科研和教育等各个领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文介绍了远程测试系统的结构和用LabVIEW实现远程测控的方法,把实验室原有的电液伺服阀特性VICAT系统加以改进,实现了基于虚拟仪器的电液伺服阀特性远程测试,并给出某阀的稳态流量特性和压力增益特性实测结果。
With the rapid popularization of the network, the testing system based on the network becomes more and more important in kinds of fields such as manufacture, scientific research and education. The structure of remote testing system and the remote testing and control method based on the LabVIEW were introduced. By improving the prevenient electrohydraulic servo valve characteristics VICAT system, the remote testing system of electrohydraulic servo valve characteristics was realized. The actual testing results of the steady-state flow characteristic and the pressure gain characteristic of certain electrohydraulic servo valve were offered.
