摘要
根据局部均值分解算法原理开发出LabVIEW的LMD模块,并对主程序中的各子模块进行了简要介绍,该模块的开发将更有利于在LabVIEW平台上搭建振动测试分析系统。最后利用开发的LMD模块对实际采集的滚动轴承内圈、外圈和滚动体故障信号分别进行分析,结果表明,该模块能够准确地提取轴承的故障特征信息,可以满足实际工程应用的要求。
The LMD module of LabVIEW is developed according to the local mean decomposition algorithm, and each submodule in main program is briefly introduced. The development of this module will be more conducive to build vibration test and analysis system on LabVIEW platform. Finally, the developed LMD module is used to analyze the actual fault signal of inner rings, outer rings and rolling elements of rolling bearings. The results show that the module is able to accurately extract the fault extract information of bearings and meet the requirements of practical engineering applications.
