摘要
以船舶机舱设备监控为背景,将基于Internet/Ethernet的网络技术应用到船舶机舱设备远程监控和故障诊断领域,提出基于LabVIEW实现远程监控和远程故障诊断的系统方案,给出系统的基本结构、功能、界面优化设计。该系统以不同的功能模块组成的数据库为中心,实现远程监控、远程故障诊断和故障报警等多项功能。
Exploiting the equipment remote monitoring and fault diagnosis with Internet/Ethernet technology,a new remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system was described based on LabVIEW,which is used in the management of ship′s engine room.The system basic composition,functions,superior design of the interface,the different ways of transferring data of the system and the conclusion were introduced in detail.The system based on the database which constitute many different function-modules,has many functions,such as remote control,remote fault diagnosis,and the diagnosis-alarm.
